How to Duplicate & Edit a Notion Template

Note: You do not need a Notion account to view the template, but you will need to create a free account to be able to save a Notion template. Sign up is simple, and all you need is your name, email and a password, just like creating a free Google account). There is no cost to do this. There is a pro version of this software for purchase that has additional features, but you do not need the pro version to access this template.

To access your template you will need to follow these instructions:

1. Sign up for or Login to your Notion workspace (free) at https://www.notion.so/

2. Open the link to the template you’d like to use.

3. In the upper right hand corner, click “Duplicate”

   

4. Notion will create a “duplicate” copy of the template in your workspace for you to be able to edit on your own.

5. Enjoy editing your new template! Your template will also appear in the lower left hand of your Notion side bar under “Private” Files.

   1. You will be able to edit text, colors, images & formatting to your needs!

   🌟 For Google Templates: Google Docs & Sheets Templates are able to be exported to Microsoft Word or Excel. On occasion we will link an Excel or Word doc directly to a download file for convenience, but we always recommend following the live link provided with your purchase to access the latest version, and then export a copy to Word or Excel from there.

   1. Sign up for or Login to your Google Drive workspace (free)
   2. Open the link to the template you want to use
   3. Select File > Make a Copy
   4. A copy of the file will be added to your Google Drive
   5. Edit the copy as needed and save with a new title!
